TEACHING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
To start with, I have to say that my teaching practice was really significant for me, i got to know great people at the school, students, teachers, administrators, and people who work at the school.
As I work with small children (sixth- seventh graders) as well as young learners (nineth graders) I learn some things that I consider important for my teaching career, first of all, I noticed that small children have short spam of concentration so when they got uninterested they start to playing around and bothering their classmates I had to try to find the way to get their attention back so as to continue the flow of the class, so it could be said that classes with 6th and 7th sometimes had to change a little bit from what I had previously planne, it is possible to say that contigency almost always happened. Despite that, I really enjoyed the time I spend with the smallest students of the school it is a great experience spending sometime with kids they teach you many things that you could not image, and also I have always believed that when they say what the feel about you it is a sincere feeling, I think their words true, I think that what children say comes from their hearts, they say what they feel no matter wht others might think about it.
regarding to my 'older' students, I have to say that, at the beginnig I was nerviuos about teaching nineth graders as I was used to teaching only small children, but as soon as I started teaching to them i noticed that I had nothing to be nervious about, they were really great students I enjoyed the time we spent together, I could say we got along really well. Eventhough there were some times (mainly at the beginning) that I had tostood firm and let them know that I was also a teacher. but in general it was really grea to teach them and also to teach 6th and 7th grades.
Finally, I could say that a teacher should never say they know everything about teaching, because I believe that one never learns everything about teaching, I think it is a life-long process and every student you have teach you something different everyday.
I know that I am just starting my process as a teacher, but I could say that my students teach a lot of things that were unknown for me.
I hope to learn everyday a little bit about how to be a good teacher and more importantly, how to be a better person.

MATERIALS USED IN TEACHING PRACTICE
I tried to be creative in my teaching practice and totake to the classroom so students didn't get bored and believe that English Classes were monotonous. I took to classes readings, games, activities to do in groups among others.
WORKSHEETS
These are some examples of the activities students did in class.

Well I survived
the 2 months of my Teaching Practice and I have got to say that it was amazing.
This teaching practice was a period of great growth for me both personally and
as a teacher. During the first time I observed my guide teacher, her teaching
techniques, her classroom management strategy and the discipline that she
insisted on in her classroom; It was really helpful for me because I could
design my own material, my own teaching learning style and how to keep the
control and discipline in the classroom.
Well I was
assigned in Grade 6-1 and 6-2 under the direction of the teacher Glennys
Jiménez. So, the teacher was very supportive in helping me get used to the way
the school works and the things that I should be achieving as a student
teacher. I enjoyed my time at the school and I feel that I learnt so much from
the teacher’s support s and the students’ personality. Everyone at the school
was very friendly and helpful in making my time there both productive and
enjoyable.
Some days I felt
frustrated, and excited, it’s incredible how your students can affect our
motivation as teacher, sometimes keep the discipline in the classroom has
become a challenge, I tried different strategies to keep the discipline in the
class, sometimes it worked, sometimes it failed but at the end I could gain the
respect and love of my students.
In the end, this experience changed me as a
teacher. Students are people who have feelings and who don't want to feel
restricted. They want to learn but they also want to feel as if they have some
control over themselves. Every student
is different; no two students react in the same way. It is our tasks as
teachers to find not only what motivates each student to learn but also what
motivates them to misbehave. If we can meet them at that point and take away
that motivation, we can go a long way towards a more effective classroom and
learning experience.
I have left my
teaching practice with experience, knowledge, inspiration and determination to
do better.
